Our products

I'm Good makes ready-to-drink, zero proof cocktails. Our beverages are non-alcoholic. Ingredient lists are on each product page; if you have an allergy or dietary concern, please review them before ordering or ask us first. Bottles should be resealed and refrigerated after opening and enjoyed within a month.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and shown before shipping and any applicable tax, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices or product availability at any time, and we may cancel or refuse an order (for example, if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud), in which case you'll be refunded in full. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your order confirmation.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By ordering you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided.

The I'm Good name, logos, artwork, photography, and copy on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
